Raw Cakes and Desserts Workshop

Manna Haven and Iselin Amanda Støylen welcomes you to an evening workshop in how to create wholesome raw food cakes and treats. These are desserts that taste amazing AND are good for your body.

The cakes and treats are all free from gluten, dairy, refined sugar and animal products; but features nourishing and wholesome ingredients such as raw nuts and seeds, dried fruit, coconut products, cacao, fresh fruit and berries.
The workshop will run for about two- two and a half hours.

We begin with two raw cake demonstrations as well as a smaller treat, while having a chat about the benefits of plant baser food, raw food and raw food preparation. At the we we will of course try out all of our creations, open up for Q&A and have time to socialise.

We‘re looking forward to a fun and social evening filled with beautiful food and lots of inspiration.
